Since its formation in 1981, BPA has established a reputation of quality, responsiveness and innovative design solutions. BPA offers our clients a unique and professionally diversified approach to problem solving, design generation and construction technology. Located in Alexandria, Virginia, we are close to the offices of the government agencies that we serve.

BPA has extensive experience in providing professional services to the U.S. Government including programming, master planning, new building design, modernizations and renovations of U.S. Government facilities around the world. We have provided architectural/engineering feasibility studies, conceptual designs, construction documents and construction administration services for a full range of projects varying in size from small office renovations to new embassy office buildings and embassy compound designs. From years of this work, the firm has developed specialized capabilities in physical and technical security, communications, and special building construction. BPA has successfully completed over 400 projects for the U.S. Department of State and other U.S. Government agencies.
