Built in the 1960s, the Montgomery Building underwent a complete rehabilitation to modernize outdated mechanical systems, upgrade substandard electrical supply and distribution systems, and correct code violations that could affect life safety and handicap accessibility issues. BPA managed the entire project which resulted in a modern, multi-tenant office building in the heart of Bethesda, Maryland.
